Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. Given the unprecedented circumstances, our shipping partners are experiencing severe port delays. Import and transit time of products have been globally affected causing delays. We’re working on your order and will send you a shipping notification soon. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. However we are committed to getting orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your package to you as soon as possible.
Past Estimated Ship Date?
We may not have received the shipment yet. There can sometimes be delays from the manufacturer or overseas shipping. We are currently waiting for these items to arrive at our warehouse from our vendor. Once they do arrive, we will ship them out, and you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking email.
If an updated estimated ship date is not shown you can also try checking to see if your item is on the Delayed Items List forum post that we update monthly:

Shipping & Returns
- Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock items to ship.
- Pre-order products will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped out in separate packages.
